The well-being and support of all of our employees is a priority, which is why we also facilitate direct access to our benefits administrator as well as financial advisors.
Employment perks at Fusion are hard to beat. Not only do we offer competitive benefits, but we also provide generous Paid Time Off and Work From Anywhere packages in addition to our other perks. From day 1 of employment, Fusionites receive 20 PTO days to use for vacation, sick, or personal days, and 5 of those days can be carried over to the next year. For each year as a Fusionite, you get an additional PTO day up to a combined 30 total PTO days. The best part is that PTO is front-loaded, with no waiting for accruals at the end of the month. In addition to those 4 weeks of PTO per year, we observe 10 company holidays. Plus, you can utilize additional days for Bereavement leave, and additional days to serve Jury Duty, if applicable.
Additionally, Fusionites receive (up to) 100 days to Work From Anywhere, which is our hybrid work program. Employees can flexibly use these days regularly throughout the year to work from home on a hybrid schedule of their choosing, or can simply use the days to work from anywhere else – a hotel, a vacation home, a family member’s house in another state (or country) – you get the idea! Flexibility and balance are key to a healthy and supportive working environment.
One of the most popular perks at Fusion is Motivosity, our employee recognition platform which also serves as a peer-to-peer bonus system where Fusionites can recognize and appreciate colleagues by sending them Fusion-Bucks (digital currency which can be cashed out for real-world rewards!) Fusion provides the latest technology and equipment for our Fusionites. Our offices are newly renovated, modern, and equipped with all the amenities necessary to make the office your oasis. At the Fusion HQ in Woodbridge NJ, not only do we have open office layouts that make communication a breeze, but we also have several breakout spaces and conference rooms for brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions. Each conference room comes equipped with Cisco kits that make video conferencing easy. We also have a game room arcade, popcorn machine, espresso machine, meditation room, exotic fish office pets, outside eating areas, and much more, at our office locations.
While the Fusion HQ office in Woodbridge New Jersey has an on-site fully-equipped gym available, we also have standing desks, and exercise desks for use in-office. Fusionites will often rotate between working at their desks, using the treadmill desk, or simply working on their laptops on the couches or beanbags we have available in our break-out spaces.
Our IT team has some of the latest and greatest technology available, and Fusion provides the equipment necessary for you to do your job. We supply everything from your laptop to your mouse and keyboard.
Our office locations are centrally located in their respective cities and are close to major highways, stores, and restaurants – so you’re never too far from where you need to be.
